Easy to install.
This thing is tough. I had a bad shower curtain that kept getting loose and falling down all the time and bought this as a replacement not knowing what it was gonna be like and I'm glad I bought it. This has some strength to it and it's a nice plain design that doesn't clash with anything. Easy to set up and install.

While the curtain rod I ordered is sturdy and can be used for just about any purpose beyond the one I purchased it for, the instructions made it hard to initially set up.

Shower curtain rod…
This item comes in a short box and you put the short pieces together to make a long rod. They are working for my application but not sure how they would work for a shower curtain rod.
