the seeds had a germination rate of 24/30 which is good and once sprouted, they grew vigorously and now have 7 leaves only 1 month after planting very healthy plants. can't tell if they will actually grow giant pumpkins yet but they are very definitely pumpkin or a squash very closely related to pumpkins like giant pink squash and since the seeds looked more like giant pumpkin seeds than regular pumpkin seeds I think they are probably as advertised. good deal.

12 seeds in a pack. Realistically not every seeds is going to sprout and grow. Ultimately one only needs one to grow in order to harvest all the seeds you'll need.

Watching them grow now. Would by again. I'm curious how big they actually get.

Only 1 seed germinated.

Planted a good portion of the seeds and only one came up.

For some reason it was a bit slow to really take off, though I think that had more to do with the super high phosphate content of my soil (deters root growth) but once it took root, it practically grew before my eyes. I've pruned off all but two pumpkins since I'm going for massive monster pumpkins (should really have pruned it to only one, but I have a daughter AND a niece). Growing fast and already about 18" across with no sign of slowing down at all yet. Will order again next year and plant a bit earlier for halloween :)
