I got this to help me at least lower my smoking.I'll be honest, I'm not a jewelry person. The extent of what i wear is in the photo. But I don't care if it works! I'll wear it. It's beautiful! It looks sturdy. I'm pleasantly pleased!The only thing I didn't like is that the two crystals that are used to adjust the size dangle, but I just wrapped them around the bracelet.
