Easy & fun way to trim your waist & back/sides
After 5 minutes I could feel instantly in my waist, back and sides. If I stay committed this will be worth every red cent. Reasonably priced, and itβs the same concept of using a yoga ball in the gym or passing the ball back and forth side to side great back and waist workout hands down!

Very small if u have big feet this will NOT work for u. I wear size 10 in women. It's to small for me. It does hold my weight tho and im 200lbs
