It's a decal, decent quality
It's three ply one sheet and somewhat long by spec. Use tape and a razor to assist as when peeling off the wax paper, cutting it will remove weight while adhering decal. Overall 15mins install per side. I used nail polish for the prongs that didn't stick well.

VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH - VINYL RELEASE IMPAIRED BY PRODUCTION METHOD
First off, let me qualify my review by establishing that I have painted intricate designs on general aviation aircraft, and have used professional decal products produced by companies that specialize in aircraft decal products exclusively. That being said . . .This product is poorly manufactured on the cheap. A proper decal will have release paper, the decal, and backing paper in that order. The backing paper is removed, the decal sticks to whatever surface, then the front release paper is peeled off. In this case the front release paper has been replaced with clear plastic. This allows you to see your decal much easier, but the decal itself wants to stick to the backing paper and will not even stay on the release "plastic" unless you very carefully "convince" the decal to do so at every edge and corner. The second problem is that the release "plastic" is prone to bubbles, and you cannot tell if the decal is bubbled, or if it is just the top release "plastic". Applying a decal in this type of situation is tedious at best, but quite frankly, this cheap tactic made me furious! If only regular release "paper" had been used. I would only use the "wet" application method on this type of product. I have applied many large decals dry, and have never had a problem, but this is unacceptable. If you have incredible patience and a bucket full of luck, you'll have a good chance of getting an acceptable transfer. You get what you pay for! Be forewarned!

This is a very beautiful product must be done where there is no wind. Take your time. Be patient with it. Other than that. It looks amazing. I highly recommend this product. It definitely looks great. Going over the rear wheel of a Dodge Challenger.
