Q: Can it be used for a car interior ?

You can but heat inside will peel it up.

Q: Is this textured or smooth?

The texture is smooth, but it is the worst vinyl that I've ever worked with. Extremely difficult to weed and very, very thin. Plus, the backing is so sticky and the product is so thin, it easily curls and gets ruined by sticking to itself before placement. I would definitely look for another brand.
