I had some magnet ones and they were absolutely terrible but these are great! Once I figured out how to use them properly! They have 2 slots and I figured it out accidentally. If you loop it through the bottom slot up until this little notch, then you can keep it on when you don’t need it wrapped up too. Then wrap it round the cord and go through the top slot to secure it. I do kind of wish it had more notches for skinny cables, like if the notches went all the way down rather than stopping halfway but it does still hold a variety of size cords
