Got replacement from the seller
After several weeks, the saw began emitting smoke from its motor and ceased operating. Despite the saw being outside the return window with Amazon, the seller promptly contacted me to offer a replacement. A few days later, I received a new saw. While I have not yet tested the new saw, I am satisfied with the communication and customer service provided.

RLSOO 6" chain saw - Holy Cow!
Outstanding! Ouuutttssttaaaannnndinng! This little rascal is super easy to use and is positively ferocious in cutting through invasive vines and tree limbs, pruning linbs up to 3-4", and cutting up trimmed debris. How in the world did I live without this? I liked it so much I bought another one for my buddy in my condo community and we use them to keep the invasive vines and trees at bay.

Can’t live without it!
Love this mini chainsaw! As a 65 year old widow I do as many things as I can by myself which includes cutting tree branches to put in the burn barrel. This tool works great, is lightweight and really does the job. I will never live without another one! Also you cannot beat the warranty and service department. It stopped working after 8 months and all I had to do was contact them and they sent me a brand new one! My two brothers and two sisters have ordered one for themselves after seeing mine! Highly recommend!

This was money well spent it's a tank cut 4 inch limbs like butter used it many times in the last 3 months battery will last 2 hours cant say enough about this saw buy it hope you get one as good as mine.

THIS IS THE BEST MINI CHAINSAW
This little Chainsaw is The Best. I bought one exactly like this a couple years ago and I have used it so much and it has held up so well that i had to buy another just like it. I have put it to the test on many different size trees and limbs and it hasn't failed me yet. Cuts through the larger tree limbs quickly like its no challenge for this mini saw. It is very well Built and Powerful. I wish there were 10 stars for this one because 5 isn't enough
