Good quality and was perfect based on instructions
Very easy to prepare and they were PERFECT for mango sago! Just drop them in boiling water and reduce to medium heat, then leave them for 10 minutes uncovered. Afterwards, turn off the heat and let them continue sitting in the hot water for another 10 minutes and they’re done! Only piece of advice I’d give is, if you will strain them, they pieces will get stuck and very slimy on the strainer and are hard to wash off. So just drain as much water from the pot as you can and maybe just run them through the strainer very quickly to eliminate the last bits of water! Otherwise, it’s still manageable but tedious to wash the tapioca residue from your strainer. Overall, very yummy!!

DELICIOUS
The media could not be loaded. I make soup with it, and it is SO delicious! I will 100% keep buying those. It makes the texture of the soup absolutely perfect!Just make sure not to overcook it, as it will make it stick together and feel extremely slimy (not in a good way). You should just cook it until they are fully transparent, and then remove them from the stove.

Learning curb, but nice quality/quatity!
I was too lazy to look up how to cook these, so I winged it. If you’re a beginner and want the prevent the tapioca from dissolving/disintegrating as much as possible:Bring your water to a boil first then pour in your pearls (do not mix, just make sure the pearls are in water). Turn off the heat, cover pot and wait 5 min. Gently mix to separate clumps, then continue boiling at the lowest heat setting possible, stir gently occasionally. Continue until clear 🫡

This Tapioca is to expansive 17.00 I try to return it but won't let me do it. I went to local estore and they cost 1.79 for the bag. And yes that was my mistake but I should be able to return it...

Love This!!
Greetings from Jamaica.I wanted to do something different for Mother's Day this year. I love trying dishes from other cultures. I came accross a desert called Sago. It bears different names worldwide.I bought these pearls and I am happy with the results. For those who are new to this, please note the following.1. Boil the water FIRST before adding the pearls.2. Stir to avoid lumping. Stil every 3 mknutes3. Boil for no longer than 12 minutes with lid off4. Let it sit in the pot for another 10 minutes with the lid on. When all the pearls are translucent they are ready.5. Strain water and run cold water over the pearls.I will be buying these again.

Instructions Not Clear
If you are already familiar with tapioca pearls, then I’m sure you want have a problem with this product. However, if you’re like me and have never made them before you might want to find a different product. Or, at least look up instructional videos on YouTube. Otherwise, you will end up with a sticky gob of goo that is just unusable.
