Tbh I have been using these off and on for a couple years now. They really seem to work if used properly I will continue to use when needed.

I take 2/3 per day & it keeps me from pain & bloating I have celiac & dairy .Kept me healthy in Mexico

Don’t tell my tummy I said this, but it’s kinda of an a-hole. It’s pretty temperamental. It does NOT like gluten (I have Hashimoto’s and I’ve been tested I’m intolerant towards gluten, but why does it taste so dang good!?!) Anywho, my tummy also doesn’t like dairy, beans, and some other stuff. When I’m bloated, I take some of these and have definitely noticed the difference! I’ve tried other probiotics (and some expensive ones) but I actually feel a difference with these, whereas I didn’t feel anything with the other brands.

Reduces belly bloat and gas. It especially helped during this past holiday season when there is much starch, sweets, greasy, and fattening dishes It doesn't necessarily help with my chronic constipation. I still have add other stuff to my diet to help things moving.
