The small frig doesn't get cold. It only gets cool. It is awkward to get water because it is very low.

The hot water isn’t getting hot. Tried to return it. They didn’t take it. They are in Georgia. I have to pay $409. To send it back. It’s now in back of husband truck. We can’t use it.Maybe find a goodwill or dump to take it.

I liked the machine but when the hot side quit I was packing it up and saw that it must have damaged in shipping

If I could rate this ZERO stars I would! I purchased a device a couple months ago. The product did not work properly. It only dispensed cold water no hot water. I submitted a request to get a refund and ordered another device thinking I’d get refunded due to the product not working. Not only did I have to pay over $40 for shipping but my request for a refund was denied!! No reason given other than it was denied! I’ve spent double the money & cannot even get a refund for the first item for who knows what reason! They didn’t even provide any info on whether they would send the device back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Save yourself the stress & buy from a different vendor!

it runs constantly and its loud and it doesn't keep the water cold

I ordered this Water Cooler Dispenser Hot/Cold Water because it came with Compression Refrigeration W/Freezer Cabinet. Could not wait to receive it. Once I did WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I fallowed all set up instruction and still, Hot water did not work, Cold water did not work and definitely the Refrigeration w/ Freezer Cabinet, DID NOT WORK. To top it off -- I paid over 200.00 for it and still vendor have me pay and additional $70.36 on top of that for return charges!!!!! For a defective product.

I'm giving them a positive because they stepped up their game and issued me a Full Refund on the defective item. Thanks!Not a pleasant experience at first ...RE: Received item, plugged it in, so far so good, tested it out both Hot and Cold worked, came back after a few hours and noticed the drip tray was almost half full, found out the Hot water spigot was leaking. So disappointed.

You get what you get for the price. The dispenser is not as tall as I thought and is very lightweight. Everything works. And the only thing I found odd about it is that the little legs at the bottom of the dispenser was a little uneven but I was able to put something underneath one of the legs to make it stable. Other than that, the dispenser is very well made.
