Please note two things that you need to know... The pillow slip needs to be washed before use, as with any bedding. And, when using the pillow, keep the cool side facing up.One side is normal, and the other cooling. In the morning, the top side of the pillow still feels cool, while I can feel under the pillow where my head lies, the heat has been drawn away from my head through to the other side. It really works. You just have to face it the correct way.Also. The pillow is thin. It is perfect for me, being 5'3" and 45kg. I can use it as a side, back or front sleep. A larger person may possibly prefer it as a back sleeper. Ever since I started using this pillow I no longer wake up with a sore neck or headaches. Very pleased!Pillow quality is excellent. Support is perfect for use with a medium or soft bed. Maybe not a firm bed user.

I purchased this pillow specifically for the good reviews on its cooling properties.Not as cool when sleeping as I'd have hoped, but.... it's the most comfortable pillow that I have ever used in my life

Love this slim plow , haven't had kneck ache since using it. I will always use a flat pillow now. Nice and cool in summer , coming into winter now and I am sure will also keep me warm. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is it does have a strong smell on cover even after wash. However I still love pillow. I just put a pillowcase of mine on it. I would by again and fully recommend it .

It's not an exaggeration to say this pillow has massively improved my quality of sleep. I have been waking with neck and shoulder pain for years, I've tried other standard pillows in varying levels of firmness, tried different sleep positions but I always end up on my front while asleep with my spine curved in an unnatural shape. With this ultra thin, cooling pillow I am comfortable in any sleep position, my spine is aligned and I'm waking up without any pain! Also there is no need to flip the pillow over in the night to get the cold side as it's always cool! Genius! If you are having any shoulder or neck pain I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. I was going to buy a very expensive pillow so I'm so pleased I gave this a try first.

You can’t have it all. This is indeed cool and comfy. I’m a front sleeper. Trouble is when you’ve made the bed it just looks rubbish - flat, small and cheap.

Bought to support cpap machine, and just right for my needs.

Should've thought it through, far too flat, had to return. Probably good if you like sleeping without a pillow. Good quality just not for me.
