Absolutely love this pit we have the backyard edition which was high quality and new we would love this model for camping.

So far its been great, its a nice looking, unique fire pit, puts out a nice flame and doesn't seem to be bad on propane usage. It is a little big and not the easiest to carry, I wish the cover had been included for the price, I find myself having to carry it into the garage to keep it out of the weather. There are smaller pits available but none in this style that I could find.

The design is simple and clean, easy to use and looks great on my patio. It was so convenient to be able to just simply turn it on and off rather than fighting with firewood and worrying about sparks. I don't miss the smoke smell on my clothes and how it gets into the house. Maybe I will get a fire scented candle for ambiance. Looks as real as possible, which I appreciate.

Packaging seemed good, but product came with a modeerate dent on the side. Otherwise, very easy to set up and provides great warmth with adjustable settings. We use is mostly on our back patio and it provides ample heat. Appreciate the modern style. Love it!

I never write reviews on Amazon products, but I had to for this product because of their fantastic customer support. You don’t get customer support like this anymore, so it was imperative that I let customers know. I had an issue with my fire pit and they jumped through hoops to resolve my problem. They went above & beyond to resolve it. This is a great product & exceptional company. Highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars if if I could.
