A nice value for money product excelent performance
After using it for 3 months now, I am very happy with chuwi ubook x, It is well designed product in its segment and also performance is excellent. It is definately a surface alternative at lower cost..I liked its porrt availability among all other tablets and the type C port is full functioning usb 3 with display out put, cheers to chuwi. However the only down side is its screen guard applied by company . shich should be better quality and I am looking forward to chuwi to make replacement screen guard available.current gloss screen guard has developed scratches.

Battery is only for 4 to 5 hours for normal use

Worst product. Worst customer care service. Don't buy
Very disappointed with the company. All those willing to purchase this item- DO NOT BUY IT. Worst customer care, no support. Totally waste of money. My laptop stopped working which then was handed to the service center and its been the 4th time, I am contacting them for the same issue. They do not respond and doesn't give a solution. It's been over 4 months and yet no strong valid answer from them has been received. They just keep redirecting the product from one place to another and just give one response- It's in progress sir. Have patience. please do not purchase this!!!! My laptop is with them for 4 months now as if it is there own laptop... I doubt they must have sold it in second hand market by now because they think that we keep running from one place to another and cannot do anything but I will expose them and bring this nexus down ... writing here to save others... don't buy it !!!!

A defective product which Chuwi doesnt care about
The product was dead on arrival. The brand's customer care is almost non existent and Amazon has confusion on who should handle replacement. Its a product not the worth pain it causes. A typical chinese model of operations "Dump Cheap and Forget!". Dont buy this product

Value for money
For me it was a good deal, I only a complaint which is the sound as it really has tiny speakers. For audio needs you can use home theater or Bluetooth earphones. It is much better than any other android Tablet available in market eventually windows is the most practical operating system. At media side displays is exceptionally well, watching Netflix is quite great experience.
