Q: Is it possible that the leads supplied with the meter don't plug into the front of the unit? Mine seem too large in diameter to push into the ports.

There’s a cap on the leads that you need to pull off. Once you remove the covering they fit. I had this same initial issue. Cheers.

Test leads with alagator clips do not come with the meter, but a set with alagator clips are available on Amazon that should work. I hope this helps.
