After seeing the reviews, I had mixed feelings but I decided to buy anyway. They work really well. I wore it overnight from 11P-10A and it was still semi-warm in the morning. It took a few minutes to heat up but once it did, it got pretty warm almost hot tbh. Very satisfying and easily sticks to clothes. I stuck them to my shorts (on the seam and everything) and it was still in place in the morning. Very good product and highly recommend for cramps!

These are perfect for when I’m at work! The heating effect last all day and there is some pain relief with the heat. I only use these on my first day because it’s the heaviest and I have the worst cramps, so I would say it’s a good value for the product. The size of the pad is also great because it’s big enough to cover the area where pain radiates but not so big it’s uncomfortable to wear all day.

These were great and came in handy when I had to travel.

I really like these, they didn’t last crazy long but were working.

I had gotten these to try out from a Brick and Mortar Store a while ago and never gave them ago. I had such bad cramps recently, found them and decided to give it ago when I had to leave the house. THEY ARE GREAT! I had no irritation, it stays warm all day and really helped alleviate some of that pain when I could not have a electric heating pad hooked up to me lol

Unfortunately these gave me blisters after 5 hours. I felt it was warm but I was unaware that it was causing blisters until I removed it.Be very careful if you have sensitive skin

Would recommend - I found these heated up faster than the larger drug store brand that comes in red packets. Lasted a long time and I was able to remove and restick it in different places several times.

I love these. They work so well. They do stay warm for the whole night. I love how you can just stick them onto your clothing. They are individually wrapped in a pack of 3. I do wish though that these came in bigger bundles for cheaper cost per unit. They are really soothing. I also have an electronic one that I have to charge, but the electronic one doesn't heat as well as this. I do recommend it to others. I also like how the vendor accepts HSA/FSA for this item.
