Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried I’d fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesn’t really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. I’m thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! I’ve always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste.The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. I’m now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (I’m talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it.I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been.I don’t have enough room to state how incredible this product is and I hope you take the plunge too. My only complaint is the price point, but you get what you pay for— and you get quality AND quantity with this one!

This is such a great product. My hair is thin and fine and after a month of using this, my hair felt fuller and I saw new growth. The taste is good and there's definitely a boost of energy after taking. Will be repurchasing

I reallly like this flavor! The melon is refreshing and it’s easy to take in the morning without causing an upset belly (at least for me). I have tried almost all the flavors and by far the melon dragonfruit is my favorite!My hair realllllly grew as well. I had the weight loss surgery a few years ago and I have been struggling to grow my hair. Now I feel like Rapunzel! It has been growing long and healthy. In one year my hair has grown 7.5 inches. It’s crazy but I definitely will continue to spend the money on this because I know it works for me

I took a gamble on this, the price is WoW. But I like it. The taste is nice, its thick but not too thick, more like a cough syrup constitency. I have been using it for a while and I can say I'm not tired like before, so that's a plus. Bought it mainly to help with hair loss, so I'm still waiting for those results. The only thing I would say is that it's to be refrigerated after opening so sometimes I forget to take it in the mornings.

I bought this product because I’m trying to grow out my hair from a pixie cut. The quicker my hair grows the better so I can skip those ugly, awkward hair phases. Its a vitamin taste towards the end. Its thick and I drop my in my orange juice to make it more palatable for me! However, I did see a improvement in my energy levels and my hair is starting to shows signs of thickening . Since, I do not like liquid vitamins that much, I am going to try the gummies.Also, its sugar free, gluten free, and easy to swallow although I do not do a lot of liquid vitamins because of the tast. The taste was fruity.
