Complete garbage - don’t waste your money
I thought buying this top of the line Bose soundbar would complete my ideal entertainment system. I have have nothing but problems with it from the beginning. Doesn’t not work with Samsung TVs, constantly disconnects and I can even do a factory reset. Bose is not what it used to be. Do yourself a favor and pass on this worthless piece of kit.

Great Sound
This system is fire. Earth shattering bass and the clarity is magnificent. Bose really step up this time. Installation was extra easy. It it works wonders with my smart devices.

Bose surround sound
Too complicated to set up! Have to buy more cable to set it up. Too much for an old lady! Not very happy.

I do not want a refurbished product.
Just wanted to inform Amazon that I purchased this item on 1/8/24, and have had to contact Bose on multiple occasions regarding the soundbar not powering on. Retuned the item on 4/2/24 for replacement/repair. Received notification from Bose that the repaired/replacement soundbar would be delivered on 4/11/24. Wanted to inform Amazon in the event there are further issues.
