I normally never right reviews, but felt I had to here.1. Yes, this is not a simple just plug and play setup. But comes right out the box and plug in hdmi cable and mouse and keyboard.2. The reviews have said it's junk or doesn't work or doesn't have drivers or nothing isinstalled.3. But that's not the case, the Intel website may be difficult ult to navigate but I was able to update all drivers, and the arc graphics.4. Maybe spent 1 to 2 hrs fully updating the full co.outer without issues.5. The biggest note is the wi down produ t key is directly on the pc with a sticker and can be easy to see and plugged in for the wi down no issue.6. I have been on a gamer acer laptop for 5 years with no dedicated graphics. This is night and day for me and pleased I went with this mini PC. Never happier.7. It's runs my steam games without fail, durst x, Xbox, discord. Super fast and responsive. Good powerhouse.8. When reading reviews sometimes you just need to take a risk and see if it is a fluke or people just don't understand what they are getting.9. If you're looking h for a nice mini PC this will e just fine. Also make sure you spend the extra for the memory especially for gaming.Thank you

The NUC 12 itself is great. However, only 1 ram stick was installed. This severely lowers the NUC's performance and the Acer branded 256gb SSD was slow. I bought my own RAM kit and SSD.I did have a strange issue. On first boot up, the NUC didn't register the Wifi card. Installing new drivers did not fix the issue. I had to re-seat the Wifi card when the NUC was off, this fixed the issue.For the money, the value is amazing.

NUC came quickly, exceeding estimated delivery time by 3+ days. Package was in good shape, product packaging inside was clean. Understanding that this was a barebones system that the reseller added RAM/SSD/OS to, the package was neatly opened but all parts were in original bags and clean/free of defects.What I got:Kit: NUC12SNKi72SSD: ADATA Legend 850.RAM: ADATA Premier DDR4 3200OS: Win11 ProMy only gripe was that on first boot I got stuck on Win11 setup at the choose internet step. I had to shift+F10 to get a command prompt and bypass internet check, then download the Ethernet driver to a usb stick to be able to manually install and kick off the windows update process to update the remaining drivers. This would be an issue for someone without another device to be able to obtain the drivers.NUC is working solidly as it is. Great product for the price.

This PC runs very well. But it doesn't with an active Windows 11 Key. I am trying to figure out how to reach out to manufacturer

Performance as expected, A770m almost same as RTX 3070 except it can't start some old games because of the driver compatibility with old DirectX, It works great with DirectX 12 games, Liked the flash memory that have the drivers. While windows' setup, It couldn't recognize the WIFI, after a little internet search, I solved the problem, also you should update the graphics driver to the latest update.

The whole experience, from ordering this computer to setting it up and even upgrading it, was straightforward, given that you did some research. However, that is thanks to the NUC. The SupplierHub sent it quickly, and there were no problems with the package or the delivery. The only part I was concerned about was when UPS wasn't updating the tracking info on the package, but other than that, it was a good experience. Granted, it may not be a plug-and-play experience as you will need to update all of the drivers and activate windows with the given code on the bottom of the unit during setup, but If you don't mind that, I would 100% recommend this small powerhouse.

1000 times better than the last pruchase

32GB + 1TB:I’ve literally just unboxed it and booted it up. No drivers were installed (WiFi, GPU, etc.) so I had to put them on a thumbdrive from Intel’s website. Now that the drivers are installed all is well. Once I run some games on it I’ll update.
