Sealed wood stove
I used this to seal exhaust pipes on a wood stove. So far it's working well after several days of use. I also used this to seal the doors as the fiber cloth seal was in bad shape , and it seems to be hold up good as long as it's not exposed to direct flame.(note: I used plastic wrap between the door and stove to stop the silicone from glueing the door on while it dried.)

Worked as expected
I ordered this caulk to seal an approximate 3/8" to 1/2" gap between my chimney concrete cap and clay flue liners. Caulk worked excellent to fill the gap. Caulk is thick. I used a putty knife to shape as needed. Happy with the result and would order again if needed. I used one tube per clay flue liner due to the large gap I needed to fill.

Good product.
High temp silicone works great on Chinese diesel heater exhaust Coupling.

Don't use it on a wood stove chimney indoors.
Seems like it does what it was intended however I wouldn't use it indoors if what you're using it on is going to get very hot, like on my wood stove I used it around the chimney because I was having draft problems, now when I make a fire it stinks a little bit, but I don't think it's really intended for that purpose anyway. Turns out I just needed to add more chimney.

Works
This helped do what most say could not be done,i.e., patch a hole in a steam boiler. I used this in conjunction with scrap cast iron. It held up pretty well until I could replace the unit.
