Received the package and found it was open. Saw hair in the package and the gloves were wet and stinky. Definitely they were used and returned.

We first tried the foul tasting nail polish (two different types, one of them which had a very good ratings on Amazon) and my stubborn 12 month old continued to suck on her fingers unfazed. She even got blisters from sucking on her fingers so much. So we gave these gloves a try.It is a pain to get on with wiggly fingers but once it’s on, it stays on. The strap does not choke the wrist even if the kiddo pulls on it as long as you have it set up correctly (the way the strap is set up when it arrives is how it should be done every time).We had her wear it all day long during the day, and washed her hands with it on and dabbed it dry. The material is quick drying so it wasn’t an issue even at daycare. During the night, we took the glove off to give it a thorough clean for the next day and put a ski glove on for sleep.Despite being worn about 12 hours a day for a week straight, all stains washed off completely and the glove looks nearly new.And she completely stopped sucking her fingers!!We thought the gloves would have no use afterwards, but we ended up using it again when she had a cut on her finger and wouldn’t stop ripping off the bandaids. So it has multiple uses!

This glove deters thumb sucking while it is on. It is easy to wash and dries fairly quickly if I use a hair dryer. A bit of a struggle to put on and can easily be pulled off even with buttoning.Con is the high price point for a small glove.

My family of 4 sleeps in a family bed, our 2 year old was sucking her fingers really loud in the night and waking us all up. For the last 3 months, she willingly puts the gloves on each night and no longer suckers her fingers at night. She still sucks them during nap and when she's tired, but the gloves work perfectly while she's wearing them!

They gloves arrived timely. They fit perfectly and are flexible enough to not impede finger use but still discourage finger sucking. I would order them again.
