Arrived quicker than tracking said. I bought this item as my roof is very steep and no company would risk it. I unpacked the product and, it feels well made with all the parts listed in add. I gave five stars based off ease of ordering, shipping and the product looks to be well made and sturdy.

Connection at base snapped off first job, washing a canopy. The locks for holding extensions out didn't hold against the pressure and consistently slid back. Complete waste of money.

Needed to remove dirt and mold from the siding of a 2 story house. Didn't want to climb a ladder or rent a lift or scaffold so thought an extension would work. It did. Was easy to assemble, setup and use. Had it extended about 18 feet and it was a workout. Could not imagine using without the harness. My order was delivered 4 days ago and have pressure washed 2 houses with it. Great investment.

Since I intend to use this item in the spring (Midwest), I have not actually used it. But I can say it is only half as good as I expected. First, measured from gun to extreme extension, it is 21" not 24' as advertised. Second, as one other review said, fully extended it bows about 2', which will surely bend it and kink it when the additional load of water plus wind etc. acts upon it in actual use. Thus, I doubt that it can be used to its fullest 21' length (I guess more like 13' in use). Also, the 3/8 quick coupler which was included and which I needed, was machined too long at the wrench fitting, so that my pressure washer hose would not properly seat. It took me about 45min. of judicious Dremel grinding to rectify the problem. As was said in another review, the directions are terrible. They don't even show a picture of how the included harness is supposed to be adjusted and worn. It's 3 stars, and that's optimistic.

This wand is amazing! The other ones we looked at didn't have as many of the accessories, so even though the rating might be a little lower, we found that the accessories that are missing on the others are very handy. It is a little heavy when the water goes through it, but it works incredibly well.
