Product is very good but can be better
The media could not be loaded. The product is good. Some of the cons were:1. Not at all DIY as no one has so much of free time and if you are paying Rs17000,free assembly associate should be provided.2. Some places wood were scratched, didnt expected with 17000 Rs.3. Accessories such as adapter- stopped working after 5 hours, again such cheapness was not expected.4. Some of the screws were alredy tighten. Took a heck lot of our time and energy just to assemble it.Pros1. Good looking2. Customer service is really helpful

Love the product
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this pooja mandir for my home . I like the design and quality . With the night light the pooja room looks very nice ! Perfect size to fit in my hall ! I would highly recommend this product if you looking to buy a good pooja mandir ! It’s easy to assemble on your own ! Good product worth for money !

A perfect blend of Tradition and Mordernity.
Finally I have a perfect divine temple for my home. I absolutely loved it. The packaging was robust and the build quality of the mandir is really good. The best part is that the mandir store arranged for the assembly person who assembled the mandir conscientiously. Absolutely, would give 5 star to the service team of the mandir store.

Worst product and customer support
They don't deserve even one star. Please don't buy this product. Though the image they have provided is good but the actual product is completely different from this. first of all they did not send any carpenter for the free installation dispite having the free installation for this product. Once i called the carpenter from my side, now i see that the product quality is worst than i even imagined.

Not worth the price
Item has scratches couple of places. Size also doesn't match as given. The item fixtures are not correct. Having alignment issues with doors, loose knobs and not fitting tight, inside planks for placing photos holes are loose and cannot hold idols or photos. Substandard for this amount of paying 17000rs. And assembly is a huge task not an. Easy DIY as claimed by seller. It took 3 hrs for the carpenter and have to spend couple of thoudands on fixing charges on our own for carpenter. This is a lesson not to buy items like these online which could be a huge loss for us both money and time wise.Update:I initiated a return and the seller was very understanding and made the return process smooth.

Good to see, effort to assemble
The media could not be loaded. The assembly is slight cumbersome with some screws requiring and angle to fix.If you are past the assembly issue, it's true to shape, size and colour.Sufficient racks provided for all idols and images.Soft closing drawer and cup board at bottom to keep puja items.
