the L1-N32 power bank [silver model] power tip/cable doesn't seem to deliver any voltage even though the tip fits. has anybody else experienced this?

It didnt charge my old Dell Inspiron laptop either and had to return it to Amazon and got my refund. The charging tip that fits my Samsung Series 7 UltraBook doesn't seem to work. any ideas?

Hello Travis. We have a different laptop model from yours, and the charging tip does not charge ours. Ad specifications show that it does fit the model/make of laptop. I have emailed the supplier twice and still yet to receive a response.

Doe this laptop have the DC-in part to charge Dell 5480 the standard way? Also, how is the power bank re-charged from the mains?

I dont know how it connects to a Dell. To recharge it, you need a 65 w wall charger and a USB C cable
