Buen precio, no obstante…
Excelente precio en ese tipo de juego de expansores, lo único es que no viene con el expansor de 1/4” y lo tuve que comprar por separado

Best method for swaging pipe HVAC/R
This tool is a true savior in the field. You no longer need to carry couplings on the truck. Also able to slightly stretch tubing and fit the next size inside it like a reducer (Expand 7/8 slightly to fit over a 3/4 pipe). I like how the kit does from 3/8 all the way up to 1-1/8; most of the competitors do not have the largest size available with tool. I've kept great care of the tool, but for some reason the 7/8 head does not expand the pipe to the correct size. I've used the tool a handful of times and for the price it cost I'm a little mad one of the heads I must commonly used does not work. Last thing is 3/8 is hard to swage without splitting the copper even if rotating the head.Update: Think I found the issue with the 7/8th head. It was slipping past the end of the die and not allowing the head to expand all the way. Make sure it doesn't slip back too far when swaging the larger sizes.

Lacks Long Term Reliability for Contractors Who Value their Time
Admittedly I should have just purchased another Hilmor Swage Set as I needed a new kit and had already had much experience with the Hilmor Swage Set. Well being curious came to my detriment when this past week the Uniweld swager got stock when swaging a copper tube of 7/8". Moreover, the actual hydraulic nature of the swage manifold no longer appears to expand when depressing the trigger repeatedly. Thus, I am now in need to begin the back-and-forth process of issuing a warranty claim to the powers that be at Uniweld to see what they recommend I do to make right of this situation. What irritates me the most of the situation is the amount of time that will be spent to either acquire a new replacement of Uniweld, be told some half-baked excuse as to why this may not fall into their perception of warranty coverage, etc. Honestly just wanted the tool to work as it was intended. Didn't care much about the money shelled out to purchase the swage tool kit, more interested in the reliability of the tool as one works close to seven days a week during this high time of our industry. Time is the one critical resource that many a contractor wishes we had more of during the highest temperatures of the summer. So when one's tools, more especially a swage kit we depend upon for prepping refrigerant copper line sets for brazing goes bad on the work site that can quickly leave one disillusioned with the said tool, manufacturer, etc. which isn't meeting the expected results it was intended to produce when used on the field. In retrospect, I should have just purchased an additional Hilmor Swage Kit as our company already has 3 of these kits. One Hilmor bender & swage kit in each install truck. But curiosity got the better of me when I wanted to see what other brands had to offer in terms of the quality of their tools and way they felt in the hand when working in an installation. I should have stayed true to the Hilmor brand when it came to refrigerant copper line set manipulation (i.e., bending and swaging). So now I suffer the consequences and must go about the warranty route with Uniweld. I cross my fingers that whoever I end up talking to at Uniweld is able to reconcile my situation in the most expeditious manner possible.
