Great paint brand for fireplace
I was hesitant to buy this because I wanted to get a brush paint instead Of the spray, the brush paint didn’t have the color I wanted so for the price I figured I’ll give it a try. I used a spray extension and it was great! The smell is strong but I wore a mask and I open all the windows. The smell went away within 30 mins after spraying . Color came out great in my fire place. Dries fast as little as 10 mins. I let it sit for few hours before I turned on the fire.My fireplace is small so it too one can barely, if you have a big fireplace I recommend getting to cans for additional coats. I didn’t one coat did feel the need for a second. I paint gray over beige. Was worried about the smell after I turned on the fire but I don’t smell anything

Can’t spray it
This product might be great if you could get it out of the dang bottle. It sprays for half a second then stops and spits out tiny blobs. Can’t return it, either, which sucks because it’s defective. I didn’t realize that when I bought it. Very disappointing

Poor quality product
I have used this product many times 30 to 40 years ago when I cleaned chimneys and installed wood stoves and inserts. Never had an issue. Paid $30 for 1 can of spray paint and all it would do is spit drops along with some spray. Then stop altogether. Finally quit trying. Only reason I gave 3 stars was the color was just right.

Recommend the product...don't recommend buying it from these guys...
This is a great product - Forrest Stove Bright high-temp paint is the industry standard. I've used it before, and so I bought it again. But...product arrived defective, wouldn't spray. Either no pressure or a clogged nozzle. I tried cleaning the nozzle with a pin, no success. So I contacted the vendor through Amazon. They responded that they have had this problem with other cans, and a replacement nozzle would solve it. I asked them to send a nozzle immediately, and then never heard from them despite a follow-up message. Processed a refund through Amazon today. I recommend the product...I just don't recommend buying it from these guys...

Low quality spray nozzle...
I was able to spray the inside of our chimney for about 10 seconds. The nozzle basically broke and the can stopped spraying. There was about 95% left in the can...

hard to use or not great. defective
I sprayed for 3 seconds and it clogged. it was either a defective can or it is not a consumer friendly product. did not apply uniformly either.Let's see if it can take the heat?
