One week in, it seems to work great! With any kind of renewed device, you should go into it with the expectation that you'll have to take a trip to your local Amazon return center, in the event that you get a lemon. If you get lucky like me, though, I think you'll be impressed with the bang for your buck here.As for the laptop itself: a little top heavy due to the dense glass screen panel, so it doesn't feel as light or weildy as other laptops you've held. I was concerned about the touchpad lag that another reviewer mentioned, since I experienced it, too. However, after finishing a bunch of Windows updates, all lag went away and hasn't returned. Speaker volume is a little low, but very clear. Professional reviewers say that the colors on the panel are quite lacking, but I've been enjoying movies, football games, and internet browsing on the screen just fine. Battery seems to be holding up well. My unit came with a replacement charger which doesn't have a snug fit in the charging barrell, but otherwise this was an excellent purchase on what feels like a high quality and snappy laptop!

It is amazing. No defects, scratches, or blemishes. Fast and does everything in description. I know you can't upgrade the RAM, but it honestly doesn't need it as it is super fast with a great battery, and it is like it is brand new. Well packaged, and now I sound like I was paid to write this, but it really is great and better than I thought, as I do not use it for gaming but do use it for work and design work. It is really fast. No regrets.

This was a certified refurbished laptop but no one would know if they didn't see the box or receipt. It was indistinguishable from a new one, and saved quite a bit of money. It runs our business software, watching videos, and most games.If you're on the fence - unless you play the highest graphics intense games - you should definitely consider this option seriously.

Bought this lap top “used new” for class and daily work at home. It came in perfect condition and works beautifully. I love the size as it’s light weight and fits easily in my bag. Paired a stylus with it and use it as a notebook for all classes. Laptop holds its charge and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Fresh out of the box the laptop doesn't hold any charge. The unit I got is essentially a wired laptop. As soon as the cord is unplugged the laptop turns off regardless of how long its been charging. The battery status stays at 0% and will not move up. After some fiddling in the settings the battery status jumped to 100% from 0% so I tried unplugging the charger and it then died.Video and image were after 5 hours of charging. The charging light was on when I left and when I arrived.So much for "Product works and looks like new"

I had a scare when setting up this computer as it blue screened 10 minutes after unboxing. Fortunately, that was the only issue I've seen with this laptop.It's the perfect size for on the go and home use. I personally use it for work and audio engineering and it performs very well. Solid battery life and plenty of storage and memory.

Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ABR8 laptop arrived in like new condition. AMD 7730U CPU, 16GB of RAM, 512 GB NVME. Box contained a non-Lenovo barrel-style charger (defective, as explained below). Laptop can charge via USB-C and the barrel connector. The battery showed 8 previous cycles, all on one power on event, and 100% capacity. Upon using it there was obvious strange behavior of the trackpad. Using the trackpad would result in jumpy pointer behavior. I noticed this only occurred when plugged in with the supplied non-Lenovo barrel-style charger, charging or at full charge (not charging). Charging with any other USB-C charger I tried does not result in this trackpad behavior. Charging with another barrel-style connector does not result in this trackpad behavior. Result is that the supplied non-Lenovo barrel-style charger is defective. The laptop arrived with a blue vinyl skin covering the lid, badly aligned. I assumed this was there to cover up some kind of damage, so I peeled it off. Underneath the lid was pristine, so I am not sure why they covered it with a skin. Maybe this was destined for an educational facility, and they wisely include skins for that buyer.Other than the defective non-Lenovo barrel-style charger, this is a great laptop in new condition at an unbeatable price. This would have been 5+ stars, but for the defective non-Lenovo barrel-style charger that caused me to waste time troubleshooting, and that I have to buy another power supply. 3 stars.

Had about 90% battery left looking at HW info, seemingly all new bezels without scratches, generic Chinese power brick which which wasn't a problem. Overall you couldn't beat this deal and it works great.
