Cast iron kadai is the healthier option on these days and good to use older versions in modern designs, heavy in weight, maintenance must, value for money.

Very heavy needs careful handling. Heavy rusting after every wash. Needs lots of maintaining to prevent rusting. Oil has to be used every time

Very disappointing with the product looks like a rusted kadai painted black - with in one day use the kadai paint comes out of it and a rusted materials comes out of the kadai very disappointing and looks they are fooling people with the old materials just painting them

I have prior exp in using cast iron cookware so I already knew the heavy weight of it but the quality of iron and the build quality is superb.Indus valley could have include two silicon grip to use it more efficiently.
