WORST SERVICE or THIRD CLASS SERVICE EVER
Waste Service from Amazon ever I have faced.Promised 3 years warranty, so I purchased with a higher price than Flipkart offered as amazon was providing 3 years warranty.Amazon suggested checking with Acer, but product warranty was 1 year. Again, when we shared the Acer reply, Amazon shared a link to share proof like an invoice or screenshot, and the link is valid till I am in call.Unable to upload proof though the details are complaint of all criteria for upload details, but still the response from Amazon was my internet issue or my document issue. I asked for alternate process, like via mail or something like that, but no other means.It's been 1 year issue is not resolved so decided to buy warranty extension.I don't have faith on amazon any more.
