This is the best packaging from China. All of those boxes were inside another box. It came with 2 day air. The packaging is missing a tool to straighten the wire. A good inexpensive tool was obtained from Amazon. The reason it was returned was there were no instructions. I figured the instructions from 10 You Tube video. We were not able to contact the seller. They need somebody who speaks English. This is an excellent product.

kit incomplete
I ordered this kit because it was beautiful. On the positive side, the board is sturdy and comes with a boarder and stand. Now for the negatives, the kit was incomplete as there were no straightening blocks for the wire. Also, the kit was supposed to include sand fixing glue and laminating glue. I received one unmarked bottle of glue. No idea which one it is. There were NO instruction in English and the color code key paper is blurry and difficult to distinguish the colors. I reached out to customer service through Amazon and got no response from seller. My advice is to order from the OTHER cloisonne company. Their products are great
