For me this works.
For me this works. I have had other that made no difference whatsoever, but for me this has cured my bladder fault. So this is an update 9th Sept. Unfortunately these have now stopped working, I don't know why but I will carry on taking them in case they change their mind and start helping me once again.

As part of a "care" package, work well
Wasn't sure these worked. Bought instead of Jude as I was sure Jude worked, but so expensive. I thought maybe I was building up tolerance, but I've run out now and my bladder has deteriorated very quickly. These in conjunction with a prescription medication and avoiding dark coloured fruits and tea, seem to jointly work really well. Each on their own not so effective.

For me they work!
This product have been a game changer for me!I was sceptical about trying it, but I was getting more and more distressed with the "little accidents" I was having and it was affecting my day to day life and how far I could travel without panicking about if I could get to a loo in time! I still have to go when I get the urge but there is no urgency now and I can hold it much longer than before, I go out now without the anxiety, also I'm getting up much less throughout the night which for me is an absolute bonus.I wish I had known about a product like this before, it would have saved me a lot of stress!!

Does nothing for my bladder
After spending a life time of constant loo trips and not being able to pass a toilet without going, averaging about 12 times a day, I thought I’d give these a try as they have the same ingredients as Jude but are a lot cheaper.However they do nothing for me.I’ve been taking them for 4 months so they’ve had more than enough time to work but nothing has changed, except my bank balance.Maybe I was hoping for a miracle and being unrealistic but I’m still always at the loo esp at night time.

On my 3rd order of these I wanted to give them a fair try But i really.dont think they haveade any difference to me I will finish of this bottle and then wont order any more Thought it was worth a try after reading mixed reviews but 3 months in its a no from me

Better than the brand advertised .
This item was recommended to me through a friend, what a game changer, saves an absolute fortune on pads, they took 3wks before I noticed the "weeee" problem I had is now gone so I'm well happy. No more getting up through the night, yeah.
