This ball is amazing its heavy enough for comfort,putting no pressure on limbs, glides on skin easily ,we paired it with a cream.it almost does the job for you. Very much value for money. No vibration. Washes easily with baby soap. My mother has very swollen legs due to long standing health problems. She used to get cold legs,not anymore. From the 1st day using this up and down her legs 2 x a day. Her legs feel and look lighter. The cold legs she was experiencing no longer a problem or worry..her swelling has reduced significantly. The drs were amazed at what's happened within the week. We paired this with Horse chestnut cream with red grape extract. I'm no means a medic,however this worked for her. I do recommend you get the cream which can be brought from amazon. Highly recommended. And its purple mothers favourite colour.funct,persistence pays off.

Love these massage balls

Firstly and much to our annoyance one of the massage balls casing was actually smashed to pieces, due to poor packaging design. They came loose in a thick plastic bag, which didn't stop them clashing together inside. However, before returning them I was able to try one of them to see if they would benefit my issues. It was easy to hold, but would only benefit a light surface massage to an area of muscles, they aren't very good if you are trying to give a deep muscle massage.

Sciatica pain? Muscle pain? Just want an easier time masagging different areas? This is the best thing. Perfect size to relax those muscles. Easy to grip. Can be used over clothes or on oiled skin.

These are great! They are small handheld balls making it easy to take to the gym with Pugh worrying about carrying around a big roller. They are great for muscle cramp or for after exercise.

Does what you need! Very happy with this product.Have had an IT band injury for a while as I’m a runner and these are beautiful for post and pre run therapy. Also great for giving back massages to the hubby!Great for anywhere on the body I’d say. Not for freezing or heating, but great for physiotherapy or general massaging. Comfortable to hold.
