This is a great product! I absolutely love it and I have been telling all my friends about it. I have a meniscus tear in my knee and it has halted my usual running. My orthopedic surgeon said he will not operate on my knee as I am too young for knee surgery and that it would not help me to relieve the pain. I was asked to do physical therapy which helped but I still had pain in my knee. I bought this knee on January 3 2025. I am writing this review on May 14 2025. I have been waiting to see how good or effective it is. I absolutely love it. I used it three times a day the first week and I could walk and in March 25 I jogged 8 miles and in April I ran 10 miles. I continue to do my p.t. exercises at home and I use this now may be once or twice a week. I absolutely love this red light therapy knee brace.

I bought this for my boyfriend who regularly complains of knee pain. I am someone who normally sits cross-legged or some variation of it, and a few months after this purchase I developed a persistent tingling sensation in my left shin at night. It didn't help that the week after it started, my leg banged against a couple things by accident. The tingling went on for about 3 weeks and my symptoms were getting worse. I was concerned and getting annoyed, so I looked into remedies to calm my suspected nerve inflammation. I decided to replace running with more walking, try to uncross/unbend my legs more, and at night I elevated my leg on a pile of blankets, wrapped the brace around my shin, and put the light setting low on for awhile. Ever since the first night I did this, my tingling has gone away. I am so grateful for this device!

The massage setting and heat setting really helps and has my knee feeling better. I look forward to keep using it.

Have had recurring issues with both knees due to surgery and overall active lifestyle. This brace has been like a miracle since day 1. If I remember to use it on a daily basis, I do not have any soft tissue discomfort in my knees at all and I've had no negative side-effects from using it. It's easy to put on and take off, the controls are easy to use, and the battery lasts long enough for at least six sessions (if not more). I have even used it on my lower leg/calves.I have recommended this to a friend, who has had positive results, and would do so again.

This is not an instant fix for pain. It will, most of the time, take a week or so to see results. My husband has noticed better movement and less pain. He said he can feel the heat and enjoys each session.

Excellent time of charging and indicator as to progress is first-class. Only had one session and controls seem intelligently gauged for strength of both light and vibration.Compared to a unit we lost when moving that was about $200, this stands proudly as an excellent value. Quick service and fine out-of-the-package user ability. Easy to get it in place and read sufficient instructions. Wish the cord was a bit longer....but we have another.Five stars...Hoping if it lasts a couple of years (or more)!

I bought this due to new knee instability and a desire to do what I can to help my body. My right knee was worse. Initially I started with copper fit knee braces, and was then able to get around pretty good, I even did some trail hiking with poles.Then I added daily treatments with these infrared knee massages. I started with level 1 and moved up to level 2. I use the. Daily at bed time. The heat, vibration and white noise feel good on my knee and I find the experience calming..It’s hard to know how much the infra red is helping for sure, but my knees are definitely improving. I have less instability and stopped wearing the braces, and am even jogging a very little bit on trails near my house when walking my dog. (Just short spurts). I really am glad I made the investment and will continue to use these indefinitely.

I bought the Red Light Therapy Knee Brace for my husband as he has struggled with knee pain after an injury years ago, and he loves it! He uses it at night after working all day and has said that it helps take away the pain and stiffness he often feels after being on his feet all day. 10/10 recommend!
