These are the only type and brand of dates I'll eat now. Medjools are OK, these are incredible; smaller, sweeter, with an almost crystallised sugar texture at times, these literally taste like caramel.Dates are actually recommended for diabetics and those watching blood sugar, as the high fiber content gives them a lower glycemic impact than you'd expect.I love having a few as a light dessert after a meal. They more than satisfy any sweets craving and you get minerals and fiber at the same time.Once you get try the Barhi dates by Date Lady, you won't go back, lol.

These are absolutely delicious and fresh.

Typically difficult to find, certainly more so than other date varieties. I like to get them for my brother who can't adequately describe how wonderful they taste. Everything you read in praise of them is true - unlike any other date for rich, caramel-like texture and taste.

Moisture was inconsistent between bags. One bag was much drier than the rest. Older dates?

These dates are a delicious treat. Ever since I read what Chef AJ wrote about The Date Lady and the Bardhi dates in her cookbook, Sweet Indulgence, I have been craving these. And I’ve finally tried them! Yes, tastes like caramel. I hope my future will include a constant supply of these. I was so glad to see them available here on Amazon.

I was in Palm Springs and had the most delicious dates. I could not find the Barhi dates anywhere near me in NJ. I was happy to find them on Amazon. They are sweet and delicious.

Bahri dates are like nature's caramel. These are fresh and delicious.
