Hello all, my apt building told me i have to purchase a "nine digit remote" to access the lot & i never have before so will this model be compatible?

The most important information you need to know is what Frequency is your receiver on the Opener Motor? This model Remote is only compatible with a 300MHz Frequency Receiver. If your Opener Motor Receiver does in fact have a 300MHZ frequency then these buttons should work. They have a 10 position dip switch. J.D.

Will this work on stanley model# 3205.50

You can google the multi code inside set up to see if it matches your Stanley model if you have a smartphone if it matches it should work if it don’t match it will not work

Does it work with Stanley brand garage opener?

It works perfectly with the Stanley brand receiver on my garage door opener. Just make sure the receiver (or the remote transmitter you want to replace) is 300 mhz with 10 binary (two position) dip switches. I had to take my receiver down to open it, but it opened with just one screw. If you open yours, record the positions of the dip switches so that you won't have to do this again when your new remote arrives.

How do I know if it is compatible with my garage door?
