These recliners are exactly what I have been looking for. I am so very happy to have come across them and to have purchased them. Not only are they sturdy and comfortable, they are very classy looking as well. I have been looking for quite a while for the right chairs for my patio. I went to a lot of furniture stores and found nothing that I real liked. I certainly did not come across any chairs like these.These chairs are FANTASTIC and assembly was easy. The cushions are very well made, firm and comfortable. They don’t go flat when you sit on them. These chairs have various adjustments making it comfortable for most anyone. I am tall, and yes my feet hang over the footrest, but when I lean slightly back and I re-adjust myself in the chair this is no longer a problem. In fact, I especially love that the footrest operates independently from the reclining back. This provides the chair with many different comfortable position. Such as reading, relaxing and most importantly sleeping. There is nothing better than taking a nap in the fresh air with this chair. Which I have done, and this is definitely a comfortable sleeping chair.I did have a problem with one of the chairs and I contacted customer support right away – They were EXCELLENT!!! They were quick to respond and resolved my issue very quickly. I am very impressed with their service and very happy that they resolved the issue. I would like to thank them for their great service and I would definitely order from Grand Patio again.

Chair is very comfortable and seems to be very well built, the issue is the leg support will not come up on its own. You depress the button and it rises about half way. Then you have to put your feet behind it and pull it the rest of the way up. Which is fine if you are able to do that, some people are not able to, so they cannot recline with the leg support up. So makes it a little less than ideal.

We bought a version one pair of these reclining chairs about 2.5 years ago and were very pleased although, like many others who commented, we would have preferred that adjusting the back and the legs were totally independent of each other instead of the “zero gravity” format. Grand Patio took note and subsequently designed just such a recliner, and we decided to go for two of the upgrades which arrived yesterday.The two-tone grey wicker weaving compliments the grey padding with its piping edge and, being a neutral color, goes with everything in our four-season gazebo. Installation of the feet and seat back was pretty much straightforward although a flashlight turned out to be helpful when screwing the bolts through the back and into the receptacles in the chair itself. Doing the second chair went more quickly of course. The padding is cleverly assembled and attachable so as to be removable for cleaning. Being new it is firm but will likely soften a bit with use. The flip up table, just like on version one is oh so handy. We read what we felt were overly critical observations regarding the foot rest positioning but one has to remember these recliners are not the same as fully upholstered, fancy brand recliners whose mechanisms are far more complex than Grand Patio’s much simpler yet cleverly designed versions. Yes, the foot rest may need a little support to go fully horizontal or return to vertical but by no means should this be a reason not to buy them! The back adjustment works just fine.Any manufacturer’s goal is to make a profit, but we are impressed at Grand Patio’s willingness and success at making a design that catered to the many comments expressed in their version one’s reviews. What may be next, a swivel base?

Beautiful chairs! Comfortable. Only gave 3 stars because one of our chairs is hard to bring the lift for the feet up and the back will not lean back without pushing extremely hard on the button to get it to move. The other chair is perfect.

Browsing these past winter months for Patio Furniture to purchase this spring. Wanting Recliners vs smaller conversation chair sets is needed after long working days notwithstanding the pure comfort of lounging on weekends by the pool. It became quite difficult to find combination sets as most do not offer full lounge chairs with sets. Realistically affordable, in any event. Then I came across these. Wonderful! Highly affordable leaving a budget to upgrade matching sections. The best in these chairs is comfort. Soft but sturdy cushions with a 150-degree lounge layback. Complete rest and even, nap time worthy. The lightweight aluminum is strong and beautifully designed. We admire the easy mechanics and air suspension system in the back and foot support. We look forward to long-lasting patio furniture and easy maintenance. The middle table came out of the box scratched on the top and is aluminum. But with that said, it too is sturdy and matches beautifully. Thank you.

Put both chairs together and the leg rest on both chairs does not operate properly. They both do not fully extend using the footrest button, and they both do not fully retract using the footrest button. Tries applying pressure to retract them and they will not fully retract. Unable to find a phone to contact the company customer service so I had to leave a chat for them who knows if I will ever hear from them. The chairs are comfortable, too bad they don’t work. Would not recommend buying.

Updated Review, Customer Service was great, took care of the issues. New chairs work great. All I wanted was new Shock/RAM but sent the whole chair instead.Bought these for a b-day present for my wife, got this set specifically as it has independent foot and back rest. Great Idea, Back rest works great, foot support comes up about 1/2 way then you have to help it up. When assembling, paint on the screws, wanted to cross thread. after the first couple, cleaned up the thread then seemed to go in ok. In my opinion they could have a bit better quality and have a great chair. Unable to return as I waited too long to assemble.Table, easy to assemble, seems sturdy, i"d give that 5 star.
