I just started taking this and I will continue for the next 60 days to see if there is an increase in muscle mass and endurance. I'm taking 5hr energy for increased endurance so I'll have to stop that to see if this product is effective in that way. I remain skeptical but I do look forward to trying this product. one pill is easy and there is no taste to deal with, so that's the easy part. I am 58 so I don't really expect to achieve an increase in muscle mass. However, if I do then I'll have to attribute it to the product since I've been weightlifting for the past three years with no obvious increase in muscle mass. I look forward to providing an update.

This product seems to be pretty good quality. It is manufactured in the USA for a company based in New Zealand. The provided RDA aligns with recommendations I've seen elsewhere. It is well packaged, and the capsules are easy to swallow.So far I haven't noticed any significant changes physically, but we will see. I'm not sure how long it is supposed to need to take effect. I worry that it is one of the many placebo supplements.
