Someone who was probably under the time gun placed your label on the back of the bottle that covered directions on how to take these caps. The next person may not have the ability to print a web page. BTW Valerian root is a very good sleep aid if a person can hold their nose when they open the bottle. The stuff smells awful. But a person doesn't smell like the root the next day, nor does their urine smell even worse than normal.

Bought this after my M.D. recommended it to help me sleep. Melatonin left me groggy the next day as did OTC sleep aids. I read online it works best after 2 weeks of use and I have found that one capsule an hour before bed does help me sleep and when I wake up in the night it is easier to get back to sleep. In the morning I wake up refreshed and not groggy at all. I am having more dreams that I remember but they are not disturbing in any way. The only drawback is...the capsules are VERY stinky!! When I open the bottle I have to close it quickly so the whole room doesn't smell, and if there is a moment's delay in gulping down some water they taste pretty nasty!! If it we're not for that smell, this would be 5 stars for sure!!

I have tried Simply Sleet, Melatonin and Camomile tea with limited success. While all helped me fall asleep quickly, I found Valerian Root to keep me asleep through most of the night. My doctor recommended I try it and it really works! The only off putting factor is the smell which is nasty, but the fact that it works if the most important factor. I highly recommend it!

These are NOT Valerian root. I've taken Valerian every night for years and it's always knocked me out in a few minutes. Valerian is light brown and smells kinda like dirty feet. These mystery capsules are green, they smell like green tea, and after taking them I was wide awake! They kept me up for about 4 hours!

I have insomnia. I take ambien. However, since I lost my cat to cancer in October, I haven't be able to sleep even with ambien. Therefore, I bought these capsules. They also had good ratings. The bottle came earlier than expected, which I thought was great. However, the sku covers the directions. I tried to remove it very carefully, however, it came off together with directions. Why would anyone put the sku on top of the directions? I could only see that it said "one(1)". I took one capsule. That's besides my ambien. It didn't work. Now I don't know if I can take two, considering that one didn't work. I don't know if it would be safe. Thanks a lot for covering the directions. The smell is bad, but not to the point that one can't take it. It just smells because it's natural. I was able to swallow the whole capsule, therefore, I didn't taste anything bad. I'm just very disappointed that the directions are covered and now I don't know if it's safe to take 2 capsules. Waist of my very hard earned money.

I tried this product at the recommendation of my dentist for sleeping issues. This is a great enhancement to melatonin. Will continue using. While you can take up to four capsules per night, I only require one. Note that this product has an unpleasant smell to it from the bottle, but the smell does not carry over into breath or taste. You can also open the capsule and pour into your favorite flavor of tea.

I will say it does have a bit of a smell to it but it’s really not bad once take the supplement! when I take it I always feel like I have deeper more restful sleep than without it. As someone with adhd and a very hyperactive mind this has been such a lifesaver for me!
