Q: Is this non fortified nutritional yeast?

This page lets you chose between Anthonys fortified with folic acid and b12 or Anthonys non fortified that is simply nutritional yeast with no synthetic vitamins added. I switched to non fortified nooch as I don't want synthetic folic acid and take a B12 supplement--and I find it tastes better

Q: Is it ok to store this in the freezer as I would want to keep it as fresh as possible?
