If you like peanut butter, dark chocolate and nuts, this is a tasty and healthy snack. One bar is 200 calories and is fairly low in sugar at 9g of sugar and VERY low in sodium at 1% of daily value. Fat is 20%, with saturated fat at 18%.It is gluten free, no GMO's, and dairy free. It contains peanuts, sugar, cocoa, soy, almonds, glucose syrup, honey, peanut butter, unsweetened chocolate, tapioca starch and sea salt as primary ingredients.Ideally, these would be a little lower in sugar. I think they could be without compromising the taste. But I like a tad bitter dark chocolate flavor. They look appealing especially with the dark chocolate bottoms. Sometimes I am satisfied with just 1/2 a bar - so that's only 100 calories and 4.5g of sugar which is even better.The expiration date on my box is more than a year off - February 2018. So, you don't have to worry about them not being fresh or lasting. I like to always have one in my purse or backpack for when I'm going to class or running errands.

I discovered them when on a no gluten/no dairy diet. They taste great, esp. this flavor. The price was great, too. They are a perfect snack if you are interested in nutrition. Love them, and send them to a relative at college.

These bars, especially this flavor, can provide you a last second breakfast or qualm a hunger when required.I enjoy them very much for what it is.Unfortunately, they don't hold up great during shipping if you're receiving them late in the day, as they are melted and don't quite ever come back together the way you hope. Even without that they can also become messy, which would be the only real annoyance I can have.

I love these bars, they taste very good and keep me full for a long time. I also love that there is little sugar and little ingredients.

These really take away the craving of more unhealthier bars. They taste great. They are more on the expensive side. But it is better than buying unhealthy bars.
