This AC works amazingly and blows very cold air all summer long. It’s not too big in my window and is much quieter compared to my old one, although any model with an inverter would be quieter since this does have a little kick when it turns on. Still love it though, it looks super nice and the smart home functionality is super handy to automatically turn it off when I’m not home and adjust throughout the day.

Fantastic window AC unit. Used it all summer long and it kept the bedroom cool quite easily. The filter is easy to pop out and clean off which is very convenient. Love the remote capabilities. I can't stand having to walk over to a unit and hit buttons that typically eventually wear out and don't like to work after a while. The only issue with the remote functionality and the digital readout is that they put the screen and remote reader on top of the unit rather than the front. So sometimes you have to aim the remote awkwardly. And the digital screen can be difficult to read from across the room. Other than that I have zero complaints. This unit has already more than paid for itself in my opinion.

The air conditioner arrived unpackaged it everything looks good installed it in the window waited till the next day to turn it on and it does not blow cold air. I'm unplugged it and plugged it back in and let it sit for several hours try all the different settings high low cool automatic cool and it does not blow cold air. The compressor does not kick in.

I own many LG products including a standalone floor AC but this is my first window AC unit. It’s a bit too early to actually install it in a window, but I wanted to make sure that it would run. I only gave this four stars because the instructions are ridiculous. The pictures are of little help and there is this constant annoying note of”The feature may be changed according to the type of model” but it never shows how those “changes” in different models should be put together. They claim you need a Phillips screwdriver. Trust me you need a power tool screwdriver to get the screws into the top bar that goes up against the window. Absolutely no instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi. I finally found a QR code hidden at the bottom of one of the side sides. The unit runs well and is quiet. I will probably update review once the temperature rises and actually get to use it and I get over the lackluster installation instructions.

We put this in our bedroom. With the remote control, I don't have to leave the bed to adjust the temperature. Easy to install, we put hand towels on each side over the flexible sides to keep the sun out. It just has a humming noise but isn't super loud.

Quality seems ok. Decent value. The installation seemed standard like any other window ac I have installed. It is an updated design. The size for our needs ok. It seems to cool ok but is is super loud and the filter needs to be cleaned way too often for practical uses.

I use this for my bedroom now for about a week, and it works great. Works well with Google Home but the LG app gives you way more control options. I find myself using the LG app more than Google home. Not too loud and keeps room cool even using the Energy Saving mode.
