Ordered a new S24 case and it came used. The plastic was sticking out of the box and the box lid was ripped. Fingerprints all over the inside and outside of the case... a small triangular scratch on the center of the screen side.I do like this brand of waterproof case. I had the S9 version and it saved my phone from being dropped in the ocean a couple times. For better sound, it's recommended you open the port caps. Pretty durable unless you really try and rip off the rubber caps. No signs of cracking, well used.Too bad I'll be having to return the 1st delivery for my S24. I'm sure it'll be worth the extra effort.*UPDATE*The replacement process was a breeze :) Ty Amazon! Selected package condition good, product condition damaged. It gave the option for automatic replacement once the return was received at UPS.The brand new replacement came only a few days later! Spanking clean and fresh smelling 100% new out of box. Getting it ready wasn't bad. I had to clean some of my own accidental smudges off the inside.**Note: They give you a strip of sticky pull tabs that aren't for that purpose. The sticky part actually feels off once you have stuck it, leaving a sticky round circle. They had already placed one on the interior of the screen side of the case. I've deduced that it is intended to help fingerprint recognition. I didn't test it out as I had managed to peel it off to get a perfectly clear screen without the circle. Compared to the s9 version, I'll have to not use fingerprint recognition and use face instead (supplemented by pattern). The s9 fingerprint reader was a sensor built into the back of the phone under the camera lens. The case had a slot with a thin film that allowed fingerprints to be read while keeping it fully waterproof.So far so good, quality wise! Photos come out great even in the glaring sun. It seals up snug & precise all around. People can hear my voice just fine during calls with the flip door port open. Speaker output is good as well. Love this shade of green! 😎👍FURTHER USE UPDATE: Gotten good use out of the case so far. I'm able to keep it on me wading while surf fishing. JUST remember to flip the waterproofing flap door cap thing for the seal to work! With it open, the sound for calls comes/goes through well. Even with it closed, I haven't had any complaints during calls. I also confidently dip my phone into the ocean to rinse off any sand my hands may have transferred over.The only peeve I have is that recording video underwater is hindered by the touch screen functionality. Once the phone is in the water it picks up the needed signal to select wherever on the screen completes the circuit? And may have undesired selections. It will record, but you'll need to dry the screen before you can hit 'end,' given the camera hasn't exited itself out already. *Tip: recording with other apps like Instagram has a failsafe to keep you from exiting in the middle of recording, allowing you to dry your screen and fix your shot as desired before saving*

We really like the case. It is sturdy. we have dropped our phones 3 times already and still works fine. The case fits like a glove. It is waterproof, there is no real glare from the sun when using the phone. I gave this case 4 stars because the fingerprint ID does not work well for us. We have even tried going to the phone store to help us with the fingerprint issue. I will, however, give the company 5 stars because they read my product review and sent me an email with better directions. No one does that anymore. So thanks. Unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved. I will contact them and see what happens. Let you all know. Great response. Redoing my fingerprint worked. Case is a 5 star purchase. Vendor gets 6 stars for helping. would highly recommend this product.

best case brand by far i anytime i get a new phone mi always coming to this brand my phone never cracks when i end up dropping my phone Even the case to its really durable before i got the s24 I had the s9 and i got this case and i had the s9 for like 4years and the amount of times i had dropped my phone and it not breaking is crazy i totally recommend this phone case you won't regret it.

This phone case fits my Galaxy S24 well with no wiggling or cramming to make it fit.The texture of the plastic on the edges is pleasant and very slightly soft and grippy, so it helps avoid the phine slipping off things.The touch screen cover works well, though it holds fingerprints much more than the phone screen itself did. When I first opened the box, I was expecting the fingerprint detector gel dot to be separate from the screen. I know the listing shows that it comes with extra ones, but I thought the main one would just be its own applique or something. Instead, it came pre-attached to the inner face of the screen protector.I do not use the fingerprint function on my phones because fingerprint readers tend to have trouble reading mine. I had seen reviews about the dot being hard to remove of messy when people were trying to place it to their phones or remove it from the screen. Honestly, the paper sticker that held the plastic cover slip on the fingerprint dot left more glue behind on the inside of the screen than the dot itself did when I carefully removed the dot. I was able to remove the last of the sticker glue with an isopropyl alcohol swab and everything was perfectly clean!The sides of the case are a little close together on the front, so it can be a little tricky getting the phone screen to respond properly around the edges with regular finger use. For example, when I want to pull the shade down from the top for my notifications or quick settings menu, I sometimes have to try a couple times before I can get it. This is probably not an issue with a stylus or smaller fingertips than I have 😁.The product advertises that it keeps dust out, which it does to a certain extent. Somehow though, after having my phone in the pocket of my work pants for a night on the job, there was some dust inside the case that I had to wipe off. There was not a lot, but it seemed concentrated around the edges of the screen, not near any ports/openings in the case.To those who worry about the case accepting chargers, I have had no trouble fitting any of the standard and non-standard USB-c chargers into the charge port in the case. I find it convenient (and fun) that there are movable plugs for the charge port and the call sound optimization port. Both ports can be sealed off to prevent dust or water entry, or opened for charging or better voice pickup respectively.Sometimes I find that I can't feel my phone's text notification vibration well through the case if it's in my pocket, but that's a good sign that the case edges can absorb shock and vibration. Even though the case is mostly sealed, since the front and back panels are held taught and slightly off the phone surface, the panels act sort of like an amplifier so you don't lose any sound quality from the speakers being sealed in.I have yet to try this case out working at the beach, which was a big reason I looked for a waterproof case, but so far the case has done well against splashes from washing my hands or doing dishes.Like the packaging says, the case will help protect your phone, but it's not invincible and requires care and maintenance for best operation. I can see needing to occasionally open it up to clean off my screen, and taking a swab or air duster to the ports and seams to keep them clear of any debris that might compromise the water-tightness. Overall a good product with some very minor drawbacks. It doesn't absolutely blow my mind, but I enjoy it and I'm glad I bought it. It was also a decent price.Not sure why Amazon shows this as a high-return item. Maybe people accidentally selected the wrong size?The protective plastic lip around the camera lenses means I'm often putting my finger over the bottom lense while I'm holding the phone for regular use, but I think it's more a personal adjustment or a drawback of the phone design itself than a problem with this case.Great purchase!Included photos showing the screen free of adhesive after removing the fingerprint dot, and the dot removed to the shipping covers after I peeled them off the case.

This case is awesome! Fits perfectly. Looks like it would be waterproof like it claims. But I am not planning on finding out. The price is very reasonable for what you get. There are provisions for the finger scanning on the front cover. I am not using that feature so I don't know if the cover interferes with that. Very easy to install. Haven't tried to uninstall so I am not sure about that. But who would want to?
