Most practical and well built DJ mixer available...
This mixer has everything I need and nothing I don't. Currently have it hooked up to two 1200MK2s (Set for DVS) and XDJs.

This is a solidly built good sounding mixer. Set up with my MAC was super easy. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Perfect heart for home use or small to medium gigs
BEWARE digital djs who use this mixer with Traktor (doesnt mather if DVS or midi controlled) or other Dj software: theres no gain control for USB line input (from computer to mixer). Its controlled from the software, you will need a work around. For example: a midi controller like a K2 or just use mouse and keyboard.Real design flaw there. With that being said the mixer is DOPE.

I am super happy with this.
I play a lot of vinyl and wanted a basic mixer that had a nice sound card in it too. this fit the bill perfectly and didnt break the bank. Makes al your music sounds better. from the stuff you have on your computer, to online streams; this is a winner all the way.

A solid mixer
A handy mixer with many capabilities. The Xlink port is handy when wanting to connect other Allen &. Heath products. The EQ kill could be a little more tuned to actually kill the fequency.

Traktor Scratch Certified as of Traktor Pro 2.11.3
Native Instruments has Traktor Scratch Certified this mixer as of Traktor Pro 2.11.3 onwards.This is a great sounding analog mixer. Analog signal paths more generously limit sounds so there is more headroom and less clipping as compared to a digital mixer. The addition of a Voltage Control Filter, XLR Master outputs, a send/return loop and a record output really make this a great option, especially if you use Traktor. If you don't use Traktor, get this mixer with a Kontrol X1 and a Kontrol F1 because both come with a $50 credit that will cover the cost of the software license and they are the same length as the Xone 23CWhy did I deduct one star? You must open the mixer to change the sound card channels 3 and 4 from the effect send and return channels to the second audio channel so I deducted one star because this relatively simple thing could cause you to fry the mixer if you aren't grounded or do something crazy. Allen and Heath provide clear instructions although they recommend it be done by an authorized dealer
