I have been having a lot of trouble with falling asleep and staying asleep, but since taking these they have really helped! No waking up in the night or laying awake in the early hours of the morning! Brilliant product!

Firstly, being gummies these are very easy to ingest. Just like chewy sweets. Did actually feel them slightly relaxing. so I'll give them 4 stars.

Product has changed i use to purchase frequently now would rather bin them the taste is digusting no verte flavour and packing claims it’s the same ingredientes when it clearly isn’t use to enjoy these will not buy ever again

Tried these a few times before i reviewed them, i normally don't have issues falling asleep but every now and then like everyone else there are times when you lie awake watching the clock wondering why you are the only one still awake!! Took over a couple of days as instructed as I just couldn't relax, felt a little sleepy after a couple of hours but it didn't seem to make a difference overall.Instructions are limited so I wasn't sure if you had to take them over a longer period for the effects to kick in. They did taste nice though and i think everyone knows that some supplements just don't work for them but will for others.

I take various gummies to help me sleep which are better than sleeping tablets.

Great taste and texture. I have tried these for a month and I am quite sure they have helped me fall off to sleep alot better. Unfortunately they haven't helped with getting back to sleep if I am woken early. As I have lots of things going on I think that nothing can help with that.

These taste great, it feels like I get a sweet before bed! In terms of sleep quality though I'm not sure if they did anything. I would have them right before getting into bed and I had them consistently every day until they ran out. I can say that I didn't have trouble sleeping when I took them though! But I don't normally have much trouble sleeping, which is why I can't give a definitive answer. I can confirm how great they taste though, the fact that I didn't have any side affects etc, and that they were nice and chewy and easy to eat - great for kids. They did make me feel more relaxed and I looked forward to having them each night. The price seems a bit expensive but I'd say worth a try if you are struggling to relax at night.
