The Monk Organic Shilajit (Gold Grade, 1000 mg)
So I’ve been trying this Shilajit from The Monk—1000 mg—and honestly, I’m loving it. It gives me this clean boost of energy, no crash, and I feel way more focused. The taste is super earthy (not gonna lie), but that’s how you know it’s the real deal. This is my second bottle, the first one was given to me by my friend and I will definitely continue consuming it.I recommend this product 100%

We would really buy it again!
I bought Gold Grade Shilajit for my husband, and we've been truly impressed with its benefits. This natural supplement, native to the Himalayan Mountains, has been an excellent addition to his daily routine. Since he started taking it, he's noticed an increase in his energy and vitality, especially during his long work days. He also mentions feeling less fatigued and more focused, which has improved his productivity and mood.

Great Product with Real Benefits
I had heard a lot about Shilajit and it came highly recommended, but I was still a bit skeptical. After using this one, I’m honestly impressed. It gave me a noticeable boost in energy and overall vitality. The taste is actually pleasant, which was a nice surprise. I also love that it comes with a measuring spoon to easily take either 500mg or 1000mg—very convenient. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a natural energy enhancer!

Pure, Organic and Direct from the Source.
From the internet: “Shilajit is a sticky substance found primarily in the rocks of the Himalayas. It develops over centuries from the slow decomposition of plants.”The Monk Shilajit Resin is delivered in a fancy, gold topped, light absorbing opaque black jar that includes a couple of wood dippers, similar to the ones that used to come with ice cream cups, marked for dosages of 500 and 1000mgs. This method of dosing doesn’t seem particularly precise to me, nor do the little wood ladles appear that they will last long or remain sanitary, so I’ve been using a 1/4 teaspoon The suggested dosage is 1000mg/day, and The Monk suggests it to be most efficacious when taken on an empty stomach one-half hour before a meal, sublingually.Shilajit is indeed gooey, nearly black like the bottle, and taken directly has a bitter, earthy taste that I don’t mind at all. If the bitter flavor range is not to your general liking, then as stated by the seller, it can be dissolved in milk, water, honey or any other liquid the user prefers. Shilajit has about the viscosity of honey; and is just as much fun if you spill it or get it on yourself. There are no other listed ingredients included with the The Monk Shilajit, so it’s pure, and the seller states that it’s also organic.Shilajit is a constituent of Ayurvedic medicine and is thought to have positive benefits for overall health. As the seller says, it’s rich in Fulvic and Humic acids, and known in Ayurvedic medicine to be an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent and to boost immunity. Furthermore, Shilajit is rich in trace minerals.Although there are thought to be many naturopathic medicinal uses for Shilajit, and I would suggest an interested user to use the internet to research them, my interest is in its rich mineral content and use as a daily supplement. And, as expected, for the short time I’ve been using it, I can’t discern or share any noticeable benefits. Benefits derived from a supplement can be subtle anyway and usually only realized when consistently used over a period of time, with 90 days an often-cited duration. It should be mentioned that it is incumbent upon the individual to do their own due diligence before ingesting any new supplement, or purported natural medicine. Each of us is different; whenever I take something new, I start with half the recommended dose for the first few days in order for my body to adjust, and to be sure it agrees with me.All of the assertions made by the seller, The Monk, as to the benefits of Shilajit appear to match those that can be found by anyone willing to do a little research on the internet. The Monk asserts that their Shilajit is manufactured in the US, sourced the Tibetan Himalayas, is non-gmo and organic. I do find one of their claims contentious, and that is ascribing potency to serving size when making comparisons to “other products;” they aren’t the same thing
