Ordered the tablets on 14th Dec 24. easy to take, recommended dose 1 x tablet a day, providing a elemental Zinc dose of 25mg. But the tablets were already pass their exp date of 1 Dec 2024 when sold to me. Unfortunately I never noticed until too late to return. So beware, watch what you buy.
