Great value for a more expensive looking shade
This mulberry shade was a bargain in the sale. Looks great quality with the pleating inside and out. Looks smart. The colour isn't as bright pink as the some of the close up photos and is a more slightly aubergine colour. Colour true to seller's images. I love the colour and drum shape & 12" size, great for what I wanted. Very happy as I have been trying to get this colour with pleating for a while now. Very happy.

Beautiful colour and material. Exactly the shade we required. Couldn’t be happier. Great value for money.

Not for me
The size was what I was looking for but unfortunately I found this cream colour lampshade unsuitable - the material is a bit opaque and blocked quite a lot of light from the sides, so the room was quite gloomy even with a 60W (max) bulb. It lit the ceiling and below more than it lit up the room as a whole. The metal frame was very sturdy but the pleated material effect was a bit unkempt in places so overall the appearance was a bit unsatisfactory. I felt it was very pricey for what it was, so it was returned.

Colour
This lampshade is absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately I am sending it back as it is more of a mint colour than a duck egg blue so it doesn't match the room. It's unique, fits perfect, looks great. Good value for money too. Wish I could keep it.

Really disappointed. Beautiful lampshade but described as duck egg but more like a mint green; quite vibrant.
