I'm so happy I bought this chair. I upgraded my desk chair when I knew I would be sitting in it for several hours every night doing school work. I'm a big woman but only 5'3" and this fits me perfectly. My husband who is much taller finds it comfortable too. The cushioning keeps the pressure off my tailbone. I don't wheel around in it much but it rolls smooth when I do. I found this to be a great value considering many task chairs can run 3 or 4 times as much.

I work from home and am hard on office chairs. Overall, this is the best chair I've had. It was easy to assemble (took me about 10 minutes), the wheels are awesome, and the seat and back are excellent. Very very comfortable. I know the metal base is not going to break or bend. I'm confident the wheels are going to last too.Good to know is this chair is very big and very heavy. It doesn't move across the room without intent. Also, I would give it five stars but it has a squeak when I shift positions. Not a big deal at all, unless you need a chair that is completely silent. So far it has still been well worth it.

Holy Cannoli Batman!I am 300 pounds and 5'10", I live with perpetual back pain. I ordered this share on a prayer that it would be a good fit for my long working days. My husband built it for my in about 15 minutes. And OMG, this thing is absolutely the most comfortable seat and the back supports me perfectly. I wear a size 22/24 and I fit just right. 10/10 buy this delicious chair.

Despite what the listing says, the seat cushion IS NOT memory foam, but rather a highly elastic sponge foam (as it doesn't conform to your body, and instead springs back instantly). It is comfortable, but time will tell how well the foam stands up over time. The base and wheels seem incredibly durable, but when rolling back on plush carpet, the wheels have a tendency to get stuck while pivoting, and sometimes pushing harder can cause the chair to tip (but not fall over due to the base shape). The back can tilt backwards, but there isn't a way to stop it from doing that, which might bother some people (though so far I haven't minded it). I wish the back had a bit of padding around the top, since I like to sag in the chair and use the top to rest my head on.

I read the reviews for this chair and some stated the wheels move a little too well. This has not been my experience. I have my chair on a thick plastic floor protector and I’ve had nary an issue with it rolling out from under me. It does swivel/spin wildly at times, but that’s not the wheels. I have found on the “normal” height carpet (what would be found in an apartment), that this chair does not roll well so if you have “normal” carpet, you’ll need a hard plastic to set the chair on.The chair was very easy to put together. I have a drill with Allen wrench bits so it didn’t take long at all. It would probably take around 25 minutes if you’re doing the screws by hand.This is a very heavy-duty chair that I sit in for the better part of 10 hours a day. So far it’s very comfortable. I do see in time that the foam will flatten, but one could always add a cushion to the seat.I like the flip up arms. That is probably the best feature on this chair. When you have the arms down, the cushions are very comfortable with lots of padding.All-in-all I would highly recommend this chair. For the price, it’s a great value.
