Works as expected.

Purchased an Eco80b/80s water heater for our apartment in Dominican Republic, this heater far exceeds our expectations, it turns on if hog water is called for, otherwise it’s off not consuming energy. Heats water very quickly and very precise, it’s a great aquisition, installation was easy and safe if installation specs are followed, extremely efficient, great value for the money.

Works great for the remote kitchen area. Loved that it didn't require two lines. Only the one 40 amp circuit.

It worked perfectly. The only thing I was worried about were the electrical connections. It shows green, black, and something. I wanted to test things with a meter but there were no instructions on how to do so. Especially since my wires had no colors. Also I did not know if the leads needed two screws or just one. I decided to use just one and if that did not work use both. I did not read any of the instructions for this installation. I think when you set the temperature it is what it should eventually reach. But after awhile it becomes just dashes.Anyways, the real test is whether this works ten years down the road. I suppose I should look at what the warranty period is.

Excellent customer service. We had an install error on OUR side and got a very fast response from customer service. I didn’t write back that we figured out our mistake, however we received a follow up email in 2 days asking us if we had gotten our problem fixed! That’s impressive! Heater works great and we are 100% satisfied.

We can't figure out how to adjust the temperature. Sink water runs piping hot but shower water is tepid at best. No amount of pressing or holding the ^ button on the display increases shower water temp. Even if trying to adjust while the shower water is running, there is no change. Not impressed.

Customer service is no short of amazing, I wasn't getting enough water pressure so the unit would turn off. I changed the pipe from 1/2 to 3/4 and the issues was gone. Every step of the way the company was emailing me telling how to troubleshoot even sent a video. Throughout they kept offering to send me a new unit, but by the plumber telling me the pipe size needed to be increased that worked.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this tankless water heater for a food truck. I wanted it because of the slender size. The water heater was easy to install. We mounted it on the wall under our sink.Once we turned it on to test it out, it immediately shut off our generator. We co tasted and electrician and was told to change wiring and plug and we should be good. After doing all of that, the heater was throwing codes and not holding temp.I contacted customer service and was asked several discovery questions. After our conversation and videos, it was determined that our water supply was simply not the right fit fir that particular heater. We were past 30 days and so we wiped our hand and bought a different water heater. A few days later, the company contacted me and said they were giving me a full refund and were so apologetic about it not working. I've never had customer service go above and beyond like Joy with Ecotouch did. I'm super grateful for the refund and even more grateful I picked ecotouch to do business with. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future and recommend! Thank you so much!I attached the video of the water heater.
