Absolutely bowled over by this! I have severe pain in my shoulder from a fall years ago, resulting in tight muscles in my shoulder and neck, leading to headaches & neck pain. I use this for about 10 minutes every few days or when my shoulder starts feeling tight, and it's the only thing that seems to provide both instant and lasting relief!The triangular handle makes it easy to use on myself, whereas traditional styles require someone else to do it for me on my back. With this one I can effectively use on my shoulders with no issues. Has a variety of settings and heads for different uses. The larger ones have been best for my shoulder, where my partner uses the smaller heads on a lower setting on his hands for his RSI. Links to your phone as well for more health functions (I don't really use these, but a really handy feature.Charges via USBC (included), and has a charge time of roughly 2 hours. Battery life lasts a long time and usually lasts me a couple of weeks between charges. I've tried other cheaper brands in the past but the heads are usually too hard, or the settings vary wildly with big steps from softer to heavy settings. This one has a lot of increments to ease up to heavier settings, and the heads are cushioned enough to not be uncomfortable. Cannot recommend this massager enough!

Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun is simply the best thing you can ever get for a bad back or to simply relax after a long day.This is a smaller version of the pro range of Theragun and it's fantastic. I suffer with a bad back and my chiropractor has the pro version so I decided to try the Percussion Massage.First of all this is a well designed device. It comes in a lovely box and it has a very good instructions booklet.Theragun Sense is rechargeable and it comes with a USB C cable. On average I get around 10 massages out of it. You get a variety of attachments to go with the gun but I personally prefer the one that comes as a standard.If you have someone who doesn't know how to use Theragun - you can pick the setting for the gun to tell you when to move on from which area of the body. There's a lot there you can set this device to.The only real downfall is that you still need someone to do your back massage!I love how relaxed my body feels after 20 min massage, it really helps me with my back pain and overall muscle relaxation.I can't recommend Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun enough. Good value for money - well worth saving up for.

Wow, this is a very very good massage gun. I’ve had a cheapy massage gun for a while now and used it regularly to prepare and recover from football but this massage gun really takes it to another level.To start with, the triangle handle design, as opposed to a gun style design, is incredible and makes it so easy to do your back and neck areas yourself. With my old massage gun I always found it a struggle to get the right angle on my back and had to get my wife to do those areas for me but with this design there is no need to.The PPM on this has a range of 1750 to 2400 and the 2400 is probably a bit too strong for my needs but the 1750 to 2100 range is perfect.What you also get with this model is a sense check to show how deep you are going and also you get some really good pre-sets and images to show you where to use the massage gun for certain areas or issues like lower back pain.All in all whilst this is an expensive and top of the price range for a massage gun, you do get what you pay for and in particular the design is exceptional and features are exceptional.
